Terms of service
Effective October 26, 2026
In short: TeamTransit helps your school plan and track team travel. Your school stays responsible for its transportation decisions, its drivers and the information it enters. You can cancel anytime.
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you, and the school or organization you sign up for, and PJM Designs LLC (“we”), which operates TeamTransit. By creating an account or using TeamTransit, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a school, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.
Your account
- Keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your school’s account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
Your school’s information
Your school owns the information it puts into TeamTransit. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You confirm that your school has the consent or authority it needs to add student, guardian, staff and driver information. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Transportation decisions stay with your school
TeamTransit is a planning and communication tool. It does not replace your school’s or district’s transportation policies, driver qualification and licensing checks, vehicle maintenance, or legal inspection requirements. Inspection checklists, compliance reminders and notifications help your staff, but your school decides whether a vehicle and driver are fit to travel. Email and other notifications can be delayed or fail, so do not rely on them alone for safety-critical messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use TeamTransit to break the law, to send spam, to access another school’s data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to upload harmful files. We may suspend an account that does.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.
- Stripe processes payments. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
- You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
- Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Service availability
We work to keep TeamTransit running and your data safe, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PJM Designs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your school paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using TeamTransit and ask us to delete your school’s account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Michigan law governs these terms.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email account owners about significant changes. Questions go to support@teamtransit.app.
